When you contact us by email and describe your project list. We quickly email you back with a time or times available and approximately what you are looking at in terms of cost.(Don’t worry because we will re-estimate the work when we see the job). You then choose the appointment that works for you. We then email you back that you are confirmed for that time slot and give you any info that you may need from us. All you have to do is be there at the appointed time.
On our side we take your e-mail copy it and put it in our online calendar. We take the important info and place it where it goes, like name address, project info,special info etc. We assign it to the technicians calendar and he puts it on the schedule.
This is a painless easy process and one that we have been using for 2 years. It works wonderfully.
